Kobey Brunt

Hi my name is Kobey this is what we did at tech. What i did was cooking. We made fruit Jars the first thing the teacher said was the ingredients. Which is? sugar,water and fruit Mix the water into the sugar.  Then we get the bowl of fruit which are kiwi fruit, blue berry, grapes, mandarins and watermelon.  We had to cut the fruit in half then we put them in the cup poured the yoghurt on top of the fruit and we ate it at Tamaki College

Taha tinana is to be healthy and fit the things that I need to eat are vegetables and fruit. When you are hungry don’t eat meat and chicken Taha tinana is to eat vegetables and fruit. When you are in a cross country competition Taha tinana isto do ten laps and fitness. Taha hinengaro is to do your work and use your W.I.T.S and show the teacher what you are doing. What if someone is talking about their work and your groups work. You might have to help them read the work If someone is suke on a word, helpword, help them. Taha Whanau means the meaning of life that means to show your spirits and to show what you are doing and to protect your family. Taha wairua means appreciating Nature that is staff that is outside and staff that is important to you .

Today in our maths class group B was learning about how to tell the time and how it works. The analogue and Digital for 24 hour time.

WEETBIX TRYATHALON  what I did was maths Mrs Tele'a had to put us in groups of 4 and 3 when when we were in our group we had to explane

Why is taha whanau an important way to well being Spending time with whānau, doing things for them and getting involved  Taha Tinana means staff like fitness ,sport and playtime its staff that you do outside like on a rugby field at kiwi sports and at the park. Taha Tinana is Hygiene.
